They are the Planetary Defense Forces of the planets under the banner of Ultramar. They are well equipped and well-trained, above that of other PDF forces, rival to the forces of even those such as the Astra Militarium. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ They are extremely loyal, a sub-branch of the Auxilia, the Ultramar Juventia are often the primary source of recruits for the Ultramarines Space Marine chapter, as well as the last line of defense against invasions. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ They fought valiantly in the Plague Wars, vanquishing the forces of the Chaos God Nurgle and his many diseases and toxins. They also assisted the Ultramarines in defending Ultramar from the invasion of Hive Fleet Leviathan.
