Description
LORE: When the bomb's fell on October 23, 2077, a vault in Oakland selected 2 people for overseer for their mostly authoritarian citizens in their vault. Only one of them lived. He was an heir from a man who claimed to be the emperor of the United States from San Francisco. In 2246, the man's heir, William the First, decided to open the vault so they can finally reconquer the wastes for America. After opening the vault, there was raiders waiting outside after hearing the noise of the vault opening. All of the vault dwellers died except one. And the only one remaining was Emperor William himself.
