DEPARTMENT OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS “Omne bellum negligentia diplomatis est” The Department of Diplomatic Relations (DDR) is responsible for external relations between the Foundation and Unknown Groups of Interest. The Department of Diplomatic Relations dives head first in order to establish diplomatic relations between the Foundation and another Group of Interest. The Department of Diplomatic Relations is made up of international diplomatic agents, and negotiators from around the world.
