Description

Welcome to the Department of External Affairs ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The department is responsible of the management and the internal security of allies in the foundation, whilst also negotiating with possible enemies that may arise within this department and our allies. We ensure that our assets and research that we have received from our SCPs are given to our other allies responsibly whilst also keeping a safe and peaceful balance between us and our allies. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Growth

2 measurements spanning 80 days, net -1. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 3–4 and does not start at zero.
