Description
space communism is back and we're gonna be worse than ever == A detachment of the space-faring military a union of allied interstellar states known as 'The Collective.' A paranoid and secretive fictional faction existing in an alternate future within the game Starbase. The faction, headquartered in unknown regions of space, has begun to send reconnaissance vessels into 'civilized' space for unknown and presumably nefarious purposes.
