▬▬▬・Decay [減衰]・▬▬▬ “Amid continuous salvation between Ghouls and Humans, a secret group was formed with the lone purpose of wreaking chaos and havoc. From the unjust devastation by the rivals, the founding Decay members —known as the council today— gathered and formed a plan. This group was anonymous among the many others.
