The Reaper Collective: The TRC was formed during an uprising made up of ATLAS operatives, officers, an ex-HICOM, and many more, The uprising fought corruption. The former ATLAS operatives formed the TRC to be more organised. A lot of things are unknown about this group, due to it being highly secretive.
