La community della Digital Developers fu fondata come server forum solo per sviluppatori, dove si discuteva solamente di creazioni di materiale videoludico online della piattaforma di gioco ROBLOX. Qualche anno dopo, essa si è espansa come una community di intrattenimento sociale, sviluppando un proprio gioco con attività di gruppo con l'uso della chat vocale.
