Description
I created this group to let people with misophonia, depression, or any mental illness can talk and not be alone. I have misophonia, depression, and ADHD so I know it can be hard with any illness. What is Misophonia? Misophonia is a neurological illness where certain sounds (triggers) cause anger or stress just from the sound. These triggers are often ordinary sounds, such as chewing or coughing. Why did I create this group? I wanted people with illnesses to know they are not alone. I was inspired by the group "Misophonia Awareness".
