Spencer Police Department Mission Statement: “To protect and serve the community of Spencer in a fair and professional manner while promoting positive interaction and public trust.” The personnel of the Spencer Police Department are dedicated to their cause and will continue to cooperate with the citizens they serve to keep Spencer a safe place to live and work.
