The Serpent's Hand | Program #15102922

Description
The Serpent's Hand is a resistance movement that fights against the SCP Foundation and the Global Occult Coalition. They believe unexplainable entities, called anomalies, should not be locked away or destroyed. Instead, they think people should live with them and learn from them. To the Serpent's Hand, the Foundation are "Jailors" because they lock anomalies in containment, and the Coalition are "Bookburners" because they destroy them. Their home is the Wanderer's Library, a huge Nexus filled with endless books from every world. It is a safe place where they meet, share knowledge, and plan. The Library is guarded by strange beings, and breaking its rules can get you punished. The Serpent's Hand often breaks into SCP Foundation sites to free anomalies. They spread knowledge to the public, hoping to make the world accept the strange instead of fearing it. Some see them as heroes fighting for freedom, while others see them as dangerous troublemakers.
