— The Dark Council was a nine-member council that served as the ruling body of the Sith Empire throughout much of the government's history. Their job are multiple, may be overseeing a division, oversee High Ranks, and vote the laws that Lord Voice may ask for vote. They are also in charge of activity, so they must be active to represent their division and the Siths in general.
