Description

The Milanese Family is an Italian crime family, "La Casa Nostra," centered in Detroit, Illinois. The family is responsible for much of the crime and corruption in Detroit but extends its reach to other cities, mainly in The Midwest. Notably, Chicago has been of sizable interest to the family, with large funding going into buying businesses, and more importantly loyalty, in the area.
