Description
The company was formed some time in 2006, after Majima broke away from the Bojo Clan. The construction company starts its operation by constructing a superblock at the northern part of Dame Da Ni (later known as Dame Da Ni Hills), on a plot of land that was formerly a large public park, which Majima purchased earlier that year. Despite appearing to be a legitimate business, the company served as a front organization for Majima's continued criminal activities, with many of its members being Majima's Subordinates from his days in the Bihimano Family. The construction project in the former site of West Park allowed Majima to operate Purgatory after the Florist of Sai had abandoned it to return to work for the Tokyo Metropolitan Police.
