Description
During the expansion of the UCNA and minor skirmishes of the early 2010s, PMC demands skyrocketed. Countries, not wanting to have their populations fight in meaningless political wars, hired the help of several large scale PMCs. The two most notable ones being C&C and Black Thorn. Carter & Co were well known for their almost endless supply of contractors, large scale operations and continued government support since the civil war. As the largest western PMC, their connections to the west and east allow C&C to flourish all over the world.
