Description
𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟱 - 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀: This Department has the role to make sure that every enlisted personnel has basic knowledges into different fields like tactics, chain of command , military history, etc. It is made up from Officers that aren't part of any battalion/regiment/division, appointed by the Director. The Officers have the job to supervise and teach the NCOs how to train the new recruits. The NCOs are required to be part of a division in order to take part into this program. Via this Program, the Young NCOs (Sergeants) will be eligible to be promoted to the last rank of NCO after he shows that he fulfills the requirements needed. After that, the most active and most disciplined Senior NCOs (Sergeant Majors) will be able to join the Military Academy(Infantry and Cavalry/Armored/Naval/Air Force) and procced with his military career.
