Description
The department of Strategic intelligence was founded sometime after the site was raided by a hostile Group of Interest called "The Serpents Hand" and followed by "ORIA". After a devasting strike leaving the site in shambles the Department of Strategic Intelligence was founded to act a sort of system between alliance management for the Department of Public Regions and The Department of Ethical Resources acting as a primary intelligence agency to simply combat intruders who attempts further harm to the site, and for those who have gone past bad deeds that are deemed unfit for Ethical Resources to handle.
