Description
[𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧] At the heart of Army’s chain of command are the officer corps. And they do not come from nothing - they come from this school. The Officer Candidate School (A.K.A OCS) is the educator division tasked with turning enlisted soldiers and NCOs into officers - the most experienced leaders in the United States Army. [𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩] You can become a member of OCS by passing an OCS Instructor Application. [𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬] You are required to be the rank of E8+ in order to be apart of the Officer Candidate School and have passed the applications.
