The Government of Romania is the civil administration of the Kingdom of Romania. The Government is made up of 5 ministries (and subsequently 5 ministers), the premier, and parliament. The name of each ministry shows what that task is. A minister is the leader of a ministry. THE PREMIER: ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ The premier is the head of the government and of the political party that won the national election. The premier has the task of overseeing the entire government and acting as a liaison between the 5 ministers and parliament. THE PARLIAMENT: ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ The parliament is the legislative power of Romania. It is made up of 13 representatives.
