[CMBN] The Combine Civil Authority #15233845
Description
The Universal Union understands the hardships and confusion every new species has whenever they are freshly conquered; some members of a species may disagree with their new rulers and attempt to start unrest. It is no different for the planet of "Earth," home to the Homosapiens or "humans." In order to establish law and order, the Universal Union finds it efficient to use each world's species for their policing forces. In the eyes of the Combine, these individuals are mandatory for maintaining a safe and secure society, as it is for the betterment of a species' future.

Growth
Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
