Description
Originally serving on the side of the French, it would fight against Prussia and Sweden in 1806 and 1807, and took part in the battle of Jena. It would then serve in the Peninsula War, fighting the British and Spanish until Nassau would side with the Coalition. Eventually this regiment would serve alongside several other Nassauvian Regiments in the Battle of Waterloo, engaging the French Emperor's forces.
