Description
The Civil Workers Union (shortly CWU) is an organization for Citizens who have voluntarily become workers or laborers in the citizen or city administration-run group in whichever area has it needed or available, which manufactures or produces food, tools, power, clothing, and many other things. They are mostly composed of loyalists who are loyal to the Universal Union (UU) and stand by their loyalty. They are the human personnel of the Combine's non-combat labor force. The Civil Workers Union is a labor organization created and fostered by the Universal Union. The Civil Workers Union is treated better than Citizens are. Don’t feel entitled that you're different from other Citizens.
