Description
After the conclusion of the Spanish Civil War, the newly formed nationalist Spain sought territorial expansion into Portugal and Africa. In November of that year, the Portuguese government received a telegraph demanding that the Spanish government have territorial rights to all of Portugal and its colonies, they had also stated that if they declined an invasion would begin, with no other choice the Portuguese government submits.
