𝗚𝘂𝗹𝗳 𝗪𝗮𝗿, 𝟭𝟵𝟵𝟭 [🚩] 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The Gulf War, otherwise known as the First Iraq War was a conflicted waged between the forces of Baathist Iraq, against a coalition of 39 nations, led by the United States and Great Britain. [⚔️] 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐭: After the Iraqi invasion of the oil-rich state of Kuwait, President Bush Sr. ordered a build up of coalition forces on the Saudi Arabian border, known as Operation Desert Shield, to protect valuable Arabian oil supplies, and to protect coalition interests in the region. After the passing of the UN Security Council Resolution 678, the war began, known under the codename Operation Desert Storm, the goal: to liberate Kuwait and preserve the ideals of the free world.
