Description
Duchy of Câ'rkeen In the "War of the Six" era, the lands belong to the Duchy was a wasteland. After the Emperor usurped the throne of "He". Emperor gave this lands to one of his favourite "lab-rat" to govern it. And thus the duchy was created by the favourite. Now this so called wasteland became an heaven for those who only seek the "fame".
