The Department of Anamolous Defense also referred to as "The Pentagram" is the United States of America's principal paranormal defense and intelligence agency, responsible for protecting the American way of life from paranormal threats. The group as a whole has been known to operate outside of normal moral boundaries set in place by the US government and as such its operations have come to odds with other nations; as well as other groups who deal with the Paranormal.
