Hi, welcome to my group gymnast specialty’s. I made this group because I am a former silver competition gymnast and I would love to help y’all with any flips or just flexibility things. This is what I can do: back handspring, front handspring, the splits on my left leg, aerial, backflip, back twist, back-walkover, back step out, all the basics, front walkover, (btw this is all on the floor but I can help you with stuff like on the beams, vault, or bars!) and last but not least I can do a back handspring into a split. Thank you for joining my group and I hope I can help y’all in the future! I can also help y’all with good stretches to help your body be more and more flexible, I hope you like this group bye! Btw the group name has not been changed yet but it will be on June 19!
