To be promoted, you must do some of the following; Message a Vice President, President, or The Assigner, saying why you should be promoted. If you recruited 10 or more people, then you shall have a better chance of being promoted. You can also tell (whoever saw) them the loyalty and persistence you have shown in battle. Remember, we might not get to you immediately. --- Alliances: --- Enemies/Rivals: --- The Assigner's main duty is to, once in a while, pick some random person in The Virgils (lower ranks than Council Member) and personally give them an Assignment. Of course, there we will be times when everyone has to participate in a Public Assignment. --- "In perserverence, there is hope."
