The Vietnamese Special Containment Procedures Foundation ꜱᴇᴄᴜʀᴇ.ᴄᴏɴᴛᴀɪɴ.ᴘʀᴏᴛᴇᴄᴛ ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ The Administrative Department reports directly to the O5 Council and oversees the Foundations operations. The jurisdiction of AD also include whole Foundation's financial operations, like disposition of funds, accounting, budget planning etc. AD also oversees Inspections and monitor what the Department Heads do and are responsible for producing Foundation Documents. Everything that happens must be approved by an AD Staff member.
