Description
The Kingdom of Greece artillery regiment was a branch of the Greek Royal Army that was responsible for providing artillery support to infantry and armored units during battles. The regiment was established in 1833, shortly after Greece gained independence from the Ottoman Empire. The regiment was composed of highly skilled and trained personnel who were responsible for operating various types of artillery systems such as howitzers, mortars, and cannons. They were tasked with setting up artillery positions, calculating firing solutions, and coordinating with infantry and armored units to provide maximum fire support during battles.
