Description
Outside of both time and space exists the Wanderer's Library, a vast expanse of infinite knowledge, overflowing with the brightest truths of the world's darkest secrets. From these many Wanderers, they sought to protect this knowledge and haven of information, uniting to form the mysterious faction only to be known as the Serpent's Hand. The inner workings on the Hand are kept secret, but their main goal is simple: to not only secure the library from any external threats, but also to spread the access of wisdom to anyone with a thirst for information.
