Description
The United States Navy is a branch of the U.S. Armed Forces responsible for maintaining maritime security, protecting the nation's interests at sea, and supporting military operations around the world. Established in 1775, the Navy has played a critical role in American history by safeguarding global trade routes, deterring conflict, and projecting power across the world's oceans. Sailors are trained to operate advanced ships, submarines, aircraft, and support systems in a wide range of environments, enabling the Navy to respond rapidly to crises, humanitarian missions, and combat operations. Guided by its core values of honor, courage, and commitment, the United States Navy remains a vital force in defending the nation and promoting peace and stability worldwide. Semper Fortis.
