(staff may rank ppl to every rank BESIDES i <3 ur fit) ! no advertising is permitted, if you do it more than once you will be demoted (moved down a rank, but if youre the lowest rank (staff) youll be fired) ! no bullying members. this could be : making fun of them bc they didnt get hired, acting bigger than them just bc ur staff, etc. this especially goes towards HR+, this will lead to a demotion ^ ! powers are not to be abused (you gain more powers the higher the rank) ! breaks are recommended, if you think youre gonna be inactive please let me know so i can put you in “inactivity notice rank” ! ^ if you dont, youll be put in the “demotion risk” rank for a week, if you dont notice, you’ll be fired ! shouts are to be done daily, please dont change somebodys shout if it hasnt been up for over 12+ hours, and please dont do multiple in a row <3 tysm ! 🫶🏽
