Clad in authority and armed with absolute command, Commissars embody the unbreakable will of the Imperium. They are the reminder that cowardice is death, and that duty endures beyond fear. Wherever the hammer of the Imperial Guard falls, the watchful eyes of the Officio Prefectus are ever present.
