The Engineering and Technical Department abbreviated as "E&T" is composed of engineers who help maintain the SCP Foundation at its finest condition. They have the ability to repair areas in which the Chaos Insurgency enters, mainly the wall at the left far corner, located within the Class D Foundation Sector. The spawn location is in front of the Foundation Personnel, which is located on the far, left side of the Sector 2 spawn hallway.
