Description
[CLASSIFIED] The Strategic Intelligence Agency (SIA) is the covert intelligence and counter‑espionage division of the United Strategic Research Command. To the public and to most USRC personnel, SIA does not exist. Its operatives work in deep cover, embedded within standard departments, silently shaping the security landscape of the entire organization. While ISA serves as the visible shield, SIA is the unseen blade — identifying threats long before they manifest, removing them without noise, and ensuring that the Command remains impenetrable from within. SIA’s existence is known only to the Chief of Operations, the Director of Operations, Intelligence Director, and the agents. “Information decides wars before they begin.”
