Description
The Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs (MJLA) is responsible for the administration of the Solomon Islands’ justice and legal affairs. The Permanent Secretary is responsible for the Ministry’s oversight and works with the staff to ensure that Government policies relevant to the justice sector are implemented. Reports are then sent to the Minister who in turn reports back to the Cabinet.
