Description
The Commissariat Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) is the ideological and political foundation of the USCR. It guides national policy through unity and discipline. The CPSU ensures loyalty to the state and oversees the education of cadres and citizens alike. Though influential, the Party holds no direct enforcement power over the populace.
