Empowered by the First Amendment, the irrevocable right to have transparency and information flow between the governors and the governed is promoted through the state-funded Mayflower Public Broadcasting Service. The Director General in conjunction with the Executive shall keep a list of public press officials with access to public events in the interests of the People.
