What is OPKD? The Outlands Peacekeepers are genetically modified individuals created by BRED to be elite peacekeeping units for the safety of all. Their primary directive is the submission and subsumption of the Outlands. Their other directives are close-protection and service of committee level personnel and high-level substance &/or object protection when ordered by an OC Member or higher. OPKD are commonly referred to as Black Watch for their black armor that serves as a direct warning to those who dare engage them. Expectations? You will be expected to be a remarkably patient individual with unbelievably high adherence and obedience. You should be prepared for any potential threat or combat scenario.
