Description
Hello we are a secret society for those who wear top hats. We believe that top hat wearers are the true high class of roblox and we will ensure it. One day we hope to reach out to everyone who is wearing a top hat. You must be approved by the director of the syndicate or an overseer to join. We can't have any commoners with no top hats joining. Join us and the Tophat Syndicate will rule the world!
