O5 Konseyi'nin doğrudan gözetimi altında bağımsız bir organ olarak faaliyet gösteren bu birim, Vakfın güvenliği için çeşitli soruşturma ve uzmanlık görevlerini yerine getirmekle görevlendirilmiştir. En alt kademedeki ajanlardan müdürlüğe kadar istihbarat personeli, kritik Vakıf altyapısının korunmasını, tehditlerin ortaya çıkmadan önce önceden tespit edilip bertaraf edilmesini, karşı saldırıları, iç güvenliği ve diğer çeşitli işleri sağlamak için ortak kurumlarla işbirliği içinde çalışır. ──────────────────────────────── 21 Mart 2022'de kuruldu.
