Description
The Judiciary is the third branch of Government. Its ultimate authority rests with the Chief Justice and the Supreme Court of Emerald. The Supreme Court is the highest court, and possesses both original and appellate jurisdiction; it also acts as the highest court of appeal and protectors of the Constitution. State District Courts are the lower tiered courts who possess original jurisdiction and are lead by a Chief Court Justice. You MUST have Citizenship in the State of Emerald to join this group.
