Dilmah were a dynastic monarchy of the A1 family, who founded and ruled the Kingdom of Singapura, located on the island of Singapura, since 1819. Now, Dilmah officially functions as the Emeritus Head of State of Singapore. As an Emeritus Head of State, the royal family is able to perform duties of Head of State, when the 'Elected President' is unable to perform his / her duties.
