Description
Evo Group is responsible for the management of the group companies' shareholdings. We currently own companies in growth sectors. Evo, the parent company, was formed in mid-2023, when the management board of the subsidiary groups recognised the need to consolidate our operations under a single entity to maximise efficiency and growth. This strategic restructuring allows us to optimise resources, foster innovation and strengthen our market position. With a focus on operational excellence, Evo Group is dedicated to driving the success of our groups and generating long-term value for our shareholders.
