Description

The Serpent's Hand is an anti-heroic group in the foundation. It is a small but formidable militant resistance organization opposed to the SCP Foundation and the Global Occult Coalition, whom it wages guerrilla warfare against. Currently apart of the GOI "Groups of Intrest" they are allied with the Chaos Insurgency. Together the Chaos Insurgency and The Serpents will take over.
