Description

5th Rifle Battalion - Police Detachment [INFORMATION] The 5th Battalion also known as 5RIFLES is an armoured infantry battalion of the rifles. Our main role is to provide support in the form of mechanised light infantry. During the army reforms this battalion also houses the police detachment that will split and become the founding members of the Royal Military Police. [COMPANIES] The 2nd Battalion is home to 3 rifle companies. These are Juliet Company, Kilo Company and Lima Company: - Coy is the unit responsible for patrolling Aldershot and ensuring all rules are followed - KCoy serves as the unit responsible for guarding the gate alongside Foxtrot Company, 2RIFLES. - LCoy is the Special Reaction Unit able to respond to callouts at Aldershot and provide QRF for the gate guarding team.
