The Realm of Westeros All Houses should ally themselves to this group. Lord Paramount's will be ranked accordingly. Rules - Lord Paramount's can declare war on wardens in a bid to take their title; they can appoint a delegate member as warden should they win their war if they deem themselves as inexperienced. Lords can declare on the lord paramount in their region however it can only be a House vs House with no mercenaries or outside members. There is also a 1 month cooldown when it comes to challenging a house for paramountcy. Houses support either a loyalist or rebel faction in House Targaryen. Crown Wars can only be enacted by the rebel faction in House Targaryen Crown Houses cannot annex land, monetary assets or take a ward from other houses. Crown Wars can only happen at a minimal, once a month and to do so the rebels must meet a threshold of 30% support from other houses in the entire genre.
