To wear the famous Drill Sergeant cap is to have proven yourself one of the best instructors in the United States Army - Drill Sergeants could scare a General straight and turn the laziest man into a soldier. [𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽] In order to join the Training & Doctrine Command you are required to pass the Drill Sergeant Candidate program which is posted in our communications server. [𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀] You are required to be the rank of E2+ in order to be apart of the Training & Doctrine Command.
