Description
The Enclave are the last true Remnants of America. After scrapping the FEV project Curling-13, the Enclave expanded their presence in California; quickly coming upon an emerging New California Republic. With war ensuing, the Enclave now found themselves with significantly more land, and significantly more subjects for their projects.
